Family winery which has entered on the professional winemakers' market in 2005. All members of the family manage 5 ha of vineyards on a south-west facing slight incline and on loess subsoil in an area referred to as Kr8sn8 hora by 13th century Cistercian monks. They adopt a consistent approach to the vineyards, ensuring only the very best grows here. This has meant replacing artificial fertiliser with herbs, spraying a portion with orange oil and only taking up 1 kg of healthy grapes per bush. Grapes are gathered by hand, and always taken to the winery on the shortest possible route. Specialising in dry wines, frequently left to age in oak barrels on a fine yeast lees. A modern winery which lives and breaths its philosophy and which strives for the absolute top in the country.
