Family winery from Žádovice nearby Kyjov managing 19 ha of vineyards in three wonderfully positioned wine areas. The vineyards are treated according to the integrated production system. The fact that this winery was the first to use the HACCP certificated system in the CR reveals something of the Maňák family's approach. The winery employs the technology available to produce its wines. Both red and white wines as well as straw wines are aged in its Barrique barrels, (it owns over 70, a third of which are restored each year) whereby annual production comes out at around 170 000 bottles. Many of their wines have received awards at both local and international competitions and they have even scooped up three championship titles at prestigious OIV competitions in Paris.
